Liked: The hotel was very nice. We had all inclusive the food was amazing very good . The pool as well was pretty good. Most of the staff were very friendly and welcoming and helpful
Disliked: They said they will provide the toiletries but i was very disappointed with that they give us one soap for both hair and body wash no separate shampoo and conditioners for the hair no toothpaste nothing. Also the cleaner was very rude the way she was speaking and the cleaning job she did it was very poor level.

Disliked: Lift service, sound proofing of rooms and room door, and cleanliness

Overall, it was okay.

Liked: I liked the location, the staff, and the delicious food.
Disliked: However, the hairdryer didn’t work, the door was hard to close, it was noisy at night, and the room was hot with no way to adjust the temperature.

Disliked: Air con was not very cold in the room. No entertainment

Disliked: Issues with the water pressure, you cannot take shower peacefully, water turns randomly to hot and cold
