Exceptional

Liked: Everything from the staff, facilities, the room, and the location were all spot on.
Disliked: The breakfast bar coffee was not always kept full.The parking garage was really insane. We couldn't even turn to get down it. But the guy on shift was amazing on helping us park up top.

Liked: Rooms above expectations in cleanliness.
Disliked: Designer four mini pillows.Looked great on bed, very uncomfortable to sleep on. Parking garage,16 stalls lower level for 30+ rooms. Two handicap for a location servicing a hospital

Perfect for what I needed.

Liked: breakfast was okay. Location to Med Center was good. Quiet, no street noise.Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Taller toilets would be nice. Also multiple grab bars in shower. Larger TV's.

Overall was a great 2...

Liked: For the purpose of this stay, it was very close to where I need to be. Accessible to most other needs like food and other things that i forgot. Breakfast was very good! Room upgrade which was nice! Not a lot of noise though it is right in the corner of a busy street. Occasional ambulance siren but it was very close to hospitals so that is understandable.
Disliked: The pillows could be more firm and not too fluffy that my head just sinks in, no support at all. The TV was not working in the bedroom but we were upgraded to a suite so the other one in the living room was but it’s a minor thing. No toothbrushes, toothpaste which is mostly standard in other hotels. I probably just have to ask. No big deal. Parking in the basement is little too tight but not a lot of cars so there’s a lot of room to maneuver.

Liked: The size and location
Disliked: The entrance to the parking garage is very sharp and steep, the fact that it is not disclosed that only 1 vehicle space is free, and if you need an additional space it is $18/night.
