Never again.

Liked: Bar and patio. Happy hour and entertainment.
Disliked: Room had left over food from previous guest. AC was ducted out the window and taped. Outlets didnt work. Continental breakfast was never refreshed between 9 and 10am. Eggs dried to warmer.

Liked: The outdoor patio and pool area
Disliked: Air conditioning was not working. Bathroom was dirty, tiles cracked, grout was rusty, parts of ceilings and wall were peeling. Frig/freezer had a 3 inch ice build up. Feet and socks turned black walking on the carpets. Very neglected

Exceptional

Liked: we loved everything about the hotel. We will stay there again if we are back in Wisconsin Rapids.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: Please hire a plumber! Same problem experienced by previous clients: shower in standing water, no drainage. No internet - poor connection. No TV channels. Not able to connect on Netflix either. Poor lighting in the room. The swimming pool is not an “infinite swimming pool”. Maybe you have couple conference rooms, but the facilities are not 4stars!

Liked: I liked that we got a 12pm checkout at no extra charge which was nice. I also liked that the pool was open until 11pm.
Disliked: The breakfast was ok. There was way too many people at 915 for there to be almost no food left. The coffee was even empty. What we did have was good. Pancakes and sausage. The staff was very rude and not polite at all. Our room was also very hot and the Air didnt work well at all. Our room sink was also clogged upon arrival and the bed was not comfortable. We've stayed here before and did not experience these issues.

Liked: Check in staff was slow and unknowledgeable. Room was Very, very HOT ! Reservation stated hot tub in room at $174.15 but NO HOT TUB and charged $179.19. Mold on ceiling above window. Mold in bathroom grout, dirty carpet-dark dank room. AC was more like swamp cooler. Very disappointed, can’t believe Booking.com supports this location. Needs to be torn down and rebuilt.
