Hidden Gem!

Liked: I wish I could give more stars! Everything from check-in to check-out was perfect. Convenient location, amazing staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and so many activities. There is even a garden. Hotel McCoy is a gem! We expected just a room to stay in on our way to our destination. Now we plan to come back... with Hotel McCoy as our destination. We can't wait to spend more time exploring all they have to offer. I highly recommend staying here!

Hip and fun and super...

Liked: The property was hip and cute; very clean and staff was awesome. The property layout was easy and fun.
Disliked: I only wish they had a larger breakfast bar. I like the oatmeal bar concept but not loving oatmeal everyday for 4 days.

Very neat hotel with extremely...

Liked: We loved the atmosphere of the hotel. It was so much better than a plain, average hotel.
Disliked: The bed was extremely hard. We did not sleep good at all.

Great place, don’t expect service!

Liked: The location was great - close to good restaurants. Super cute - thought of everything from the pool to the pickleball court to the bar to the live music.
Disliked: Staff was less than helpful, overall. Guy that checked us in was great. Morning girl- was not. We wanted breakfast, but she was too “busy” to serve it. Out of coffee, out of creamer. Second morning we just skipped it and went out for breakfast. Door code on one door stopped working after the first day, texted the helpline like instructed, they replied that they would send someone right over- no one showed up, ever.
