Liked: The staff were fabulous, very helpful, friendly and multilingual.The room was comfortable and the style was much appreciated The bar fridge could easily be used to chill water and hold snack food purchased elsewhere.Towels are changed daily if you leave them in the shower, or even if they are not!A table and one chair to be able to useThe lication very near the Grand Via means you can walk to many tourist spots.Take the time to see a show, the hotel is in the theatre district!
Disliked: The ability to make a cup of tea in the room would have been lovely, however no kettle or cups available. Only the bed to sit on if you wish to relax. Only one english channel on the tv, though many different channels available

Good stay at Mayorazgo

Liked: It is located in the heart of Madrid. The breakfast buffet has a good spread which includes variety of fruits, sandwiches, eggs, meats, beverages and bakery plus breads.. It has sufficient vegan options. The rooms are well designed and excellent for short trips.
Disliked: The room did not have Kettle, tea/coffee machine and press.
