Liked: Beautiful rooms, great breakfast

A very lovely stay and...

Liked: The hotel was in a good location within easy walking distance of most attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean and the bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing.

Perfect for exploring the city

Liked: Perfect location for exploring the city. Metro station and Tivoli in easy walking distance. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores nearby. Staff was very nice and helpful. There is also a little bar type thing at the reception where you can buy a small choice of drinks and snacks. The sitting area in the lobby is very nice. We liked to end our day with a cup of coffee and a book there. They also have a rather large outdoor sitting area in the back yard which is lovely.The hotel has a small but well equipped gym.
Disliked: I will say I've seen cleaner hotel rooms. Bath, bedding, and floor were okay. However, the headboard of the bed, as well as the curtains, had some not so nice looking stains. That said, overall, I would rate it as fairly clean.You have to pay extra if you want an electric kettle in your room to make tea.Personally, I think that the prices for breakfast are rather high. Therefore, we preferred to have breakfast at one of the coffee shops nearby.

Disliked: Front desk staff was extremely rude. Rooms could do with more room to actually unpack clothes a bit (There are hangers but no real shelves)Bathroom is a bit small Location is central, but right across from a strip club

Ideal Location to Explore Copenhagen

Liked: Staff were friendly upon the arrival and great with recommendations. Room was clean and modern. Location was fantastic near to metro and train lines. Felt safe.

Worth of money

Liked: Great location, short walk to the central station, Tivoli Gardens and Lego Tivoli. The room and bed are cozy.
Disliked: There are so steps before entering into the reception
