Liked: Nothing, unfortunately. I booked this hotel based on its location and boutique-style presentation online, but the experience was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived.
Disliked: The hotel was unsanitary, unsafe, and severely misrepresented.    •    Hallway and elevator lights didn’t work properly, making it difficult and unsafe to navigate    •    Room was unclean, with a clump of hair in the shower and visible rust all over the bathroom fixtures    •    No usable toiletries... only flimsy soap packets and a soap bar that immediately melted into full goo with water    •    I also felt uncomfortable and unsafe as it sounded like someone was trying to enter my room throughout the night, but it was because the walls were so thin and there was 0 sound insulationThis is not a 3-star experience by any reasonable standard. It was so unclean I felt better not showering. A complete overhaul would be required to bring this hotel up to the level it advertises online.
