Liked: ⭐ 1/10 – Worst experience ever – avoid this place!We stayed one night at this hotel during a heatwave with temperatures over 40°C. In the afternoon, the electricity went out for several hours – no lights, no air conditioning, no way to charge our phones. It was extremely uncomfortable and unsafe.When we asked the receptionist about a refund in case power didn’t come back by the evening, he rudely told us they had “no money to give back” and we’d have to wait for the owner. When the owner finally arrived (after more than 30 minutes), she was even worse – shouting at guests, refusing to take responsibility, and speaking to us in a completely unprofessional and arrogant manner. She even handed us the phone to speak to a stranger (apparently someone from our country?) in what felt like an attempt to pressure or intimidate us.We were not the only ones complaining – the reception was full of upset guests asking for refunds or help. The owner shouted at everyone and offered no solutions.This place does not care about its guests, does not provide the services it promises, and completely lacks hospitality. No refund, no apology, no professionalism. Avoid at all costs – I would never stay here again and will be reporting this experience.
