It was good

Liked: Has all the amenities required
Disliked: Could be a bit more cozy , some amenities felt a bit basic. Also if you have heavy luggage the elevator doesn’t cover all areas of the hotel

Liked: The room was neat and tidy. The staff was polite and friendly. I wish they had provided at least an electric kettle and an iron in the room. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay.

Very satisfying, I would like...

Liked: The location is very practical, in a rather quiet street but very close to traffic connections (tram, buses) invarious directions. Value for money is excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I have no serious complaints. There's some noise in the morning, not more than usual for a hotel or similar accommodation.
