Liked: Amazing hotel! The staff is incredible and the room was very comfortable and I loved the style of the interior. The room also smelled amazing.

One employee made a bad...

Liked: Location is amazing and restaurant great.
Disliked: we arrived at 14;55, as the checkin is from 15:00. We arrived on time, because we needed to be at a musuem at 16:00. At 14:55 the employ said that we need to wait 10 more minutes. Which was fine. At 15:05 i asked what is the status and employee told me that room isnt done and need to wait 20-30 more min. I said that it doesnt work for us. Employee stated that he cant do a thing. I asked if they can just give us a room that is ready. He was angry, but gave us another room. Threw down the keys on counter and didnt say a thing. Afterwards any other interraction with other employees was amazing. Also bed sheets were dirty, with some weird black rings. Bathtub was with corrosion. And shower pluming was off. It was leaking strongly. We notified the reception. The following day employee came and said theyve notified plummer a week ago, but nothing done yet.
