Liked: Its a good location, but might be difficult to find a parking in busy periods..
Disliked: Rooms are a bit basic, same goes for the breakfast..

Liked: Perfect location, very close to all key attractions and Nyhavn, 8 minutes walk from the nearest tube station. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff.
Disliked: The room was quite small which wasn't an issue for us but I can see how this could be problematic for other people. However, the smell in the room was pretty horrible. Breakfast was ok - would benefit from adding hot options e.g. Fried /scrambled eggs/sausages.

Disappointed expectations

Liked: The position of the Hotel, very central
Disliked: -They don't accept payments with Maestro-In Booking is written that you have daily cleaning service. In 3 days they come in only once but they didn't clean accurately and they did non even changed the bedsheets and towels-The breakfast wasn't inviting and very limited

Pleasant hotel in wonderful location near Nyhavn

Liked: Location, cleanliness, nice staff, many items are available for borrowing (eg. phone chargers!)
Disliked: The temperature dial on the shower was not working, and the shower water went everywhere because the curtains are too short.

Liked: Wonderfully situated in the center close to the theatre. Small but with all you need. Fantastic value for the money.
Disliked: Nothing
