Not happy

Disliked: The jumping on the 2nd floor and kids running the hallways

Very good

Liked: Lots of free parking, quiet breakfast, nice rooms if a little dated. V close to McDonalds and petrol station. Nice walks locally. Friendly staff. Clean.

Liked: Nicely clean renovated rooms, looks moderate. Beds were very comfortable. Continental breakfast style.
Disliked: They could have a better grill/toaster. It looked old and toast did not grill that well.

Exceptional

Liked: I liked how accommodating the staff was when I arrived earlier than mentioned and the room was already prepared and ready for us.
Disliked: This is me just being picky, but it would have been great if they offered scrambled eggs for breakfast.

Liked: Incredibly nice staff, very helpful staff.Good breakfast starting at 5 in the morning, perfect for jet lagged people coming from the east…

Disliked: Long story short. We had drunk students loitering in front of our room all night and the reception did nothing to deal with it. We also woke up to no power and when we went to the front desk there was no one not even a note.

Clean, comfortable room.

Liked: The room was very clean with comfortable beds. It looks like it was also recently renovated. The continental breakfast was more than adequate. For friends and family traveling in or through Quebec I will recommend this hotel.
