Liked: This place is a gem!!! Close to the beach and all amenities! The staff and in particular the owners were so helpful. They had loads of local knowledge and pointed us in the right direction!!! They really couldn’t do enough for us. They were very warm and welcoming and I cannot thank them enough for the e hospitality that they showed us !! Exceptional service but at an affordable price. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone!! When we struggled with the language they helped and when we needed a pharmacy they stepped into the breach!! Fabulous hosts and fabulous staff!The hotel is immaculately clean. I can say that we will definitely return to this hotel !!!

Hotel helped scammers steal money...

Disliked: Warning: I got scammed after booking a room here on booking.com. After booking the room, which was due to be paid upon arrival, I received a message from the hotel on booking.com, instructing me to validate my card details before check in. Money was then stolen from my bank account. The hotel denied all responsibility, despite the message having come from their own account on booking.com, claiming it had nothing to do with them. At the very least, they could have apologised, even if unwilling to accept full responsibility. But instead, they chose to insinuate that it was my fault for clicking the link in the message I received from *their account*. A nasty experience made worse by the hotel's refusal to accept even the small amount of responsibility needed to simply apologise for the situation.
