Liked: The location and amenities were great
Disliked: Checkin was 3. We weren’t able to check in until 4:30. When they finally checked us in, the room was already occupied. When we decided to go to sleep about 10pm, the bed sheet was gritty. It seemed to be sand.

An amazing stay at a...

Liked: The location on the edge of the lake was amazing, especially the beach area. We were very lucky to have a room on the 1st floor looking out onto the beach. Everywhere was extremely clean and modern looking and the staff were very friendly. This was definitley value for money considering what we paid. We especially liked the firepit being lit which allowed us to stay out in the evening and enjoy the area. Hotel is in a great place to be able to wander around big bear village.
Disliked: There were guests that were allowing people who were not staying at the hotel into the pool area. This meant that we were unable to use any sunbed as they were all taken.

Disliked: The room had a weird smell not sure if it was the pain or something else

Liked: This place was wonderful!! Clean and friendly and an amazing location!
Disliked: The restrooms in the bar area needed some attention when they started getting busier. We brought it to their attention but nothing was taken care of in the next couple of hours that we were there.
