I definitely would go again,...

Disliked: Would’ve been nice to know that it was still under construction other than that everything went well just didn’t have amenities that I was thinking it would my bad as I should’ve looked deeper into

Amazingly renovated, close to everything.

Liked: Great experience staying here. It looks newly renovated, the beds were comfortable, the fire place in the room, everything was very nice. The staff was friendly, and the coffee service was great. It is walking distance to Bear Village. Would stay here again.

Liked: No insulation, very noisy , we couldn’t sleep at all , I don’t recommend it at all. It was a gym or something like that and They converted to room .

Such a great stay in...

Liked: The hotel is amazing, loved the style, the room was new and upgraded with a beautiful view to the lake. Super close to the cute street in Big Bear. The staff is so friendly and kind, they do go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. Shout out to Caitlyn, she made us coffee and it was delicious!
