Liked: We stayed here during the Dominator festival. Our overall experience was very good. Room was clean and rdy on time. The staff especially was very friendly, helpful and welcomed us with a smile. They even remembered it was my birthday during our stay. :) 10/10

Pleasant

Liked: The hotel is in an old monestery, which very cool. It's location is very good.
Disliked: The airconditioning in the hotel is very bad, it blows cold air right into the bed. There was no way for us to stop it. When we asked at the reception for the problem, they explained ua that the air-conditioning is controlled from a central system and that system was not working and they could not stop it. At least the people at the reception were kind enough to change our room with one in which the cold air was not blowing right into the bed.

Stylish, Spotless and Superbly Located

Liked: Hotel Mariënhage is a beautiful and modern property, everything feels very new, with stylish interiors and a clean, well-maintained environment throughout. The design is tasteful and contemporary, making the stay feel elevated and comfortable. I also really appreciated the location; it’s conveniently situated within walking distance to key spots in Eindhoven, which made getting around super easy. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay.
Disliked: Honestly, nothing serious, everything about the property was great. If I had to pick something, it would just be the price. But then again, who doesn’t wish for a cheaper stay? That said, the quality and experience definitely matched the cost.

Spacious, comfortable rooms, friendly staff...

Liked: The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Location to town was excellent too and the staff were friendly. The outdoor car park was relatively easily accessible.
Disliked: Breakfast was not good enough for a hotel of this standard. The quality of the cooked food was average at best, the choice was limited, the dining area was dirty (sticky floor from spilt drinks the night before, food still under the tables from the day before), the surface areas from on which the food was displayed had spillages in them, the crockery was chipped. Just a general lack of attention to detail, and it was too much for the single member of staff to stay on top of. The fresh orange juice was good. We wouldn’t pay for inclusive breakfast next time.

Liked: I booked two rooms for one night. On a bike tour with my uncle. When I got there, they did not have secure bike storage. They would not allow me to bring the bikes into the building. The young lady (name was Meis) that was helping us apologized and said it was their Procedures. She did call her boss, and her boss said that I could not bring the bike in the room, but they would refund the charges to my credit card. I went 100 m or so down the road and stayed at hotel Leonardo. I have never been credited back the charges for the two rooms. I am getting the runaround.
