Liked: Excellent location in heart of Vieux Quebec. Warning: there is a short but steep staircase to climb from the street level entrance to the lobby. There was another flight of about six stairs from our room entrance to the main part of the spacious room. This hotel (indeed Vieux-Quebec) is not for you if you can’t climb stairs.
Disliked: We used the hotel parking to the garage below nearby city hall. Despite clerk’s instructions, we had trouble entering AND exiting garage. Helpful passersby showed us how to use the unintuitive entrance and exit kiosks.
