Would have been really great...

Liked: Location was amazing. RoomWas beautiful and enchanting.
Disliked: The air conditioner kept me up through the night so I didn’t sleep well - it was loud and kept making noises.

Convenient location,but hard to use...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Sink was literally unusable, every time you want to wash your face, your forehead hits the shelf and water splashes out because the sink was tiny. We literally had to go in the bathtub to brush our teeth and wash our face. No tables and usable drawers were in the room, and the AC unit was loud throughout the night. The front desk forced us to take a room next to the entrance and in front of the main road, so the room was very noisy. Even though the windows were double paned, we could still hear cars passing by.

Beautiful stay in old Quebec

Liked: It was perfectly situated in the old town, and the rooms were charming and decorated with antique furniture. There was a gorgeous terrace on the top all guests could use.
Disliked: Nothing!

Excellent location, friendly staff and...

Liked: Very well located, super easy check in, very nice staff and a marvelous room.
Disliked: The property has very steep steps at the entrance which make it very difficult to enter with a large bag.
