Liked: Location Good, Staff Good, Very Clean, Breakfast plenty of variety- cold meats, eggs, cheese, bread, yogurt, fruit, tea and coffee
Disliked: Bathroom really small - it was difficult to get the right temperature in the shower with no power just dripped out also the plastic shower curtain sticking to you and water going all over fall, No kettle in room, too much miss matched furniture, and squeaky loose beds! No hot breakfast! Need Blackout curtains !

Disliked: Unfortunately it was a very unpleasant experience with the hotel. I was on a work trip and during a break I booked this hotel. I had booked the hotel on Tuesday morning (the confirmation came at 13:05) for the evening of the same day.In addition to the confirmation, there was a text message saying that the hotel should be contacted if the guest arrives late.The following text was sent to me:If you are arriving later, please contact us no later than 1 p.m. on the DAY OF ARRIVAL so that we can send you the access information for a late arrival.Firstly, I should have contacted the hotel some time before the booking took place and secondly, I was busy, i.e. I didn't see the message until it was too late. I have tried to contact the hotel when I recorded the email both by phone or message and got no response. The next day I then contacted via message and asked for a credit of the booking amount but was refused.I would strongly advise against booking with this hotel/hotel chain !!!
