Liked: Clean, comfy bed and easy registration
Disliked: The shower needs an upgrade

Great Stay in the wonderful...

Liked: The room was a good size, air-conditioning worked well and bathroom quite large for Europe, usually don't like staying on ground floor level but the very strong Iron Bars on the windows took away any fears and felt quite safe. Parking was excellent, we booked too late to get the parking of the hotels but literally a five minute walk down the road and with two big suitcases was the best parking we have had in Italy and we had a big car. I would stay at this hotel again for the price, great breakfast and large room size.
Disliked: Nothing the hotel met all of our expectations.

Lack of air con made...

Liked: Room and communal area very clean. Breakfast was good. I would stay in the main hotel as it looked very nice and the air con worked.
Disliked: The room was unbearably hot as air con not working properly. Room only bearable between 4 am and 10 am. Other guests also complained of the lack of air con. Could not use lift down from third floor. Had to go to second to request lift. Bathroom very small, no hook on bathroom door, door scraped on tiled floor when opening and closing and loo seat wonky.

Verona stay

Liked: Excellent location for station and historic centre. Room clean and tidy. Huge comfy bed. Mini bar prices reasonable. Lovely breakfast and very good coffee. Luggage storage
Disliked: Room compact for a "superior" rating- v good photography! No water glasses. Room in separate building to main hotel but probably quieter. Luggage storage not particularly secure but probably fine.
