Liked: Cleanliness. Rooms were great. Bed comfy.
Disliked: That our two rooms were on different floors. My kids are under 18 and they would have moved us for an upcharge. Not cool!!!Also, didn't care for breakfast there. Didn't like choices in buffet.

Liked: Staff were very friendly. Hotel was clean.
Disliked: Our room was facing the main road. Very loud at all hours of the day and night when trying to sleep. Beds too hard for our liking. Definitely require the earplugs for sleeping if located at that part of the hotel.

Exceptional

Overall it was very good.

Liked: The location was perfect for all the locations I wanted to visit. Not too far or too close. The room was clean and when I had issues with the Tv control someone was able to help me right away.
Disliked: Iron was not easy available, I had to call three times. The beds are not comfortable for my taste, they are a little hard for me.
