False Advertising

Disliked: They falsely advertised a roof top area however, once there, we were told this is not available to guests and only for private events. The rooms also didn’t not have a fridge or iron.

Liked: Very friendly staff. The rooms were amazing, very spacious. The hotel is very clean any issues the staff attend straightaway. The location of the hotel is perfect. Deffo recommend this hotel. We will be back when we are in CDMX again.

Liked: When I read reviews of hotels I often skip the 5 star reviews because I want to know what problems I might encounter. I am not going to give any bad information because I can find nothing I did not like. It was quiet. immaculately clean. wifi was strong everywhere, great bathroom with plenty of hot water, AC was strong, staff was responsive, etc. We decided to eat breakfast every morning at the hotel because it had everything one could want. We stayed 6 nights.

Disliked: The room was a double queen room And it was SMALL.The bathroom was really tiny and the toilet had trouble flushing,The air conditioner was old and super LOUD, like the most loud I’ve ever heard No refrigerator, no ice, very thin walls if someone was having a convo in the hall You could hear every word Just super old looking all around
