Liked: Location, size and our was very quiet
Disliked: Based on 5 nights at the Manioc. Room towels felt dated. Room cleaning was average. Toilet was clogged on the day we arrived. Sink slow to drainThe room floor boards and cushions need improvement. We felt the attention to details was just ok.

Liked: Location! It was great! They were willing to store our luggage until check-in while we walked around. The rooftop terrace had spectacular views and we could hear the music festival.
Disliked: Our room was right in front of the elevators. It lacked the character of the pictures. It was very comfortable and clean though. The stoop in the front is a booger with luggage. There is a back entrance but you don't know that until you've already been dropped off. The breakfast did not open on time and we had to find another option because we had to catch a bus.

Liked: Great location. Great service. Attentive staff.
Disliked: Our room was cute but not suited for use of two beds. The Muro ed, when open, makes entry and exit very difficult.

Liked: I like the staff they were helpful. I also like the details of the room. It was very comfortable and of course the location was perfect.
Disliked: as an older person, there were too many stairs to enter the front of the building…..

Liked: We were right by the harbor, had a view of the Frontenac, great walking to all the old town area. The area felt very safe and the facility was super clean and had a lovely little rooftop terrace.

Liked: Excellent location, 2 mins from the river view & Chateau Frontenac & shops, restaurants & petit Champlain area. Really clean, room was spotless. We had a family room with pull-down bed which was really comfy. Parking 5 mins walk - you pay at hotel reception & they give you a card to use in the parking machine.
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: Could do with more housekeeping staff
