Liked: Centrally located. Could walk all through old Quebec.
Disliked: No on site parking but city hall parking was very close by.

Liked: Great location. Friendly staff. Nice room. Comfortable bed. Nice cafe next door. Air conditioning and elevator!
Disliked: Set of stairs going into the building. Had difficulty operating tv with multiple remotes. Pillows were very firm.

Good location, check-out is too...

Liked: Location is awesome, the room is big and very clean. Everything is new and very comfortable. The room didn't have carpet and it is super good for us, allergic to dust/mite. The room matched perfectly what was advertised on the website.
Disliked: Check-in is only at 16:00h but check-out is at 11:00h. This is less than 20h available for the guests. I do understand that they need time to clean the room and prepare it for the next guest but this is almost abusive. I would agree with a more reasonable check out time like 12:00 or 13:00h.
