Liked: We very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel is lovely, the staff were super helpful, and the location is perfect - right in the middle of the old town. There is free tea/coffee downstairs. The room was very clean.
Disliked: No complaints whatsoever.

Liked: The staff was extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind, and helpful. Great service, comfortable bed with good support. The location of the hotel made walking the city easy and enjoyable. Nice buffet breakfast. Would highly recommend this establishment.

Liked: I booked this stay for my family who speak limited English and French, and the reception staffs were very friendly, patient, and communicative. My family loved their stay! The girls at the reception were even able to speak some Mandarin.
