good option for up two...
Liked: This was my third stay at Hotel Manalba. I always choose it before leaving Mexico City because it’s fairly close to the airport — a 20-30 minute taxi ride. If traffic is heavy, you can also take the metro or bus. It’s even a nice walk from the hotel to Chapultepec. Given the location and facilities, it’s a good option for up to two or three nights. There are plenty of nearby spots for food and coffee, so you don’t really need the hotel restaurant. The beds are large and comfortable, though they do make the room feel a bit smaller.
Disliked: The building is quite old, especially the doors and windows. You can easily hear doors slamming, people talking, and even their music. The rooms are tightly packed, making it hard to keep things quiet, so definitely bring earplugs. It’s also right next to Reforma, which has heavy traffic almost 24/7 — expect to hear car honks and motorbike noise. The rooms are outdated and haven’t improved at all since I came to stay first time.
