Liked: The staff were very attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location was conveniently close to good restaurants and within easy walking distance of the old town and major attractions. Very good value for money.

Liked: Centrally located but very quiet as our rooms were at the back of the building. Helpful staff. Good breakfast.
Disliked: The space where breakfast is served looks rather old. It could do with some refurnishing.

Great location of a Krakow...

Liked: Location of the hotel close to centre. Friendly helpful staff. Clean room.
Disliked: Breakfast could be less staff and more fresh. Coffee was not so good.

Excellent hotel in the centre...

Liked: Very good location, close to the centre, walking distance to the Main Square (Rynek) and very quite at night. Good restaurant opposite the hotel on the same street (Piwnice Palacu Pokutynskich). Excellent breakfast in the hotel. We will come back.
