Good stay but cleaning should...

Liked: We got a spacious room, the bed was comfortable. Had good breakfast buffet. Very good location.
Disliked: The bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. Even the towels had stains on them.

Decent location but not good...

Liked: Nice location in the more desirable (which can be difficult to find) area of Naples.
Disliked: Hotel seems quite tired and the in room facilities were very lacking! No kettle or tea making facilities when I asked at the reception desk they just directed me to the bar area. They also couldn’t provide any hot water.
