A Jewel in Bordeaux

Liked: The hotel is a beautifully restored chateau with a swimming pool and terrace. We were warmly welcomed by the staff who took our luggage up to our room for us. Our room is big, spacious and lavishly furnished. It had a view of the pool.We booked the evening meal with 4 courses and it was one of the best meals of our whole trip. The flavours and presentation were incredible. Bravo to the chef!
Disliked: Suggestion to include parking in the cost of the room and to offer to park cars outside the gate if the lot is full. (It's quite small)

Liked: Really fantastic property, great facilities and car charging is on site. Very big rooms and great food, staff and atmosphere. Welcome drink on arrival which is nice.

Relaxing in Bordeaux

Liked: It is a very beautiful house. Our room was lovely. Wish we stayed longer to enjoy it more.
Disliked: The duvet was really thin, in some place there was no fluff at all. Had to ask for a throw to keep warm…

Liked: Great dinner and breakfast. The room was large and beautiful. We have 3 toy poodles and they were graciously welcomed. We drove, so it was nice to have private parking. To go into downtown Bordeaux, the train ride is less than 10 minutes with the stop a block away. It is also only 15 min from the airport. This is our second time staying there and we'll definitely be back.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Wonderful property - very elegant, perfect location - very welcoming - amazing service - lady on reception was doing everything and going above and beyond to make your stay a good one - very impressive - I don’t rate many hotels a 10- but this one overall is more than deserving

Liked: Fabulous room with dual aspect window on the first floor complete with terrace. Super walk in shower. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The restaurant served superb food too. We didn't have breakfast but caught the tram, just a few metres away, to visit the centre.
Disliked: Nothing.

Lovely hotel with unique design...

Liked: Nice staff, very comfortable, interesting decor
Disliked: We stayed in early Jan so it was a bit dead. We wanted to use the sauna - not as hot as I would have liked but we did ask for it in the early morning. I can imagine when it's busy these things run smoothly.
