SUPER FANTASTIC PROPERTY

Aside from parking, the whole...

Liked: Hotel Mai is center of activities. Near restaurants, bars and other entertainment venues.
Disliked: Parking was a struggle.

Liked: In Check staff was not helpfull. Had to pay for extra day we did not stay at hotel. Was reffered to Booking for all questions.
Disliked: Staff and room was not made up.

Exceptional

Liked: Totally happy with the staff. Size of room was huge and comfort of beds were fantastic. The bathroom's have a few special upscale touches too…. I won’t stay elsewhere when I travel to Long Beach. The experience, especially for the price was great. Can’t recommend more highly KH
Disliked: I wish it had coffee service is all
