Great location, friendly staff, but...

Liked: The shower was very good.The bed was very good.Great choice of pillows.
Disliked: I expected a bigger room for the price I paid.No wardrobe, only a hanging area.No fridge.

Liked: Fantastic hotel in a great location. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Short walk from centraal station. Would absolutely stay again.

Highly recommended

Liked: Located close to the train station, on a quieter part of the canal, the room we stayed in (3rd floor) was very quiet, even though it was facing the canal. Everything was very clean, the staff was helpful and the breakfast was wonderful. I would return here.
Disliked: If there would be one thing I could recommend, is that the room key cards should also have access to the main entrance, so you don't have to ring every time you want to enter the hotel.
