Liked: Its a stunning hotel this would be my 4th visit ...rooms are large and light pours in ... windows open so its nice and airy. Its like coming home and the breakfasts are devine ...the staff are just marvellous and the new bar is a great addition

Liked: This is our 5th stay at this fabulous hotel. The staff are excellent, professional and respectful. The rooms are unique,quiet ans so comfortable.

Very disappointing

Liked: The hotel is beautiful, had a great time there and during my stay already booked a room for my summer vacation to go back BUT, I will now cancell it as there was one issue that I feel like is really inappropriate and unacceptable at this level of hotels.
Disliked: I gave the hotel a sweater (500$ worth) for dry cleaning, when I gave it they said that on this day there is no dry clean so it will be done the following day. I said OK. the sweater was returned on the same day but in a terrible condition. when I went to talk to the manager I was told he is not there and will be back later that day. at 10PM I was told he will not come so I need to wait untill morning. I explained that I am leaving the following day but I was assured He will speak to me. As I expected no one talked to me in the morning as no manager was there. I had to leave but was told that someone will reach-out. Guess what - No one reached out. NO ONE. this is not something I accept or understand. I will definitely won't go there again and will cancel my summer reservation.
