Terrible experience — avoid this...

Disliked: Terrible experience — avoid this hotel.At 2:30 AM, someone tried to open the door to my room — it was terrifying. I immediately called the front desk, but the night staff didn’t even react or take it seriously. On top of that, the room looked nothing like the pictures on Booking.com. Everything felt outdated and poorly maintained. There was also loud construction work going on all day, making it impossible to relax or get any rest. As for the breakfast, it was disappointing and absolutely not worth the price. This place is a complete scam. Never again.

Super location and facilities, good...

Liked: My friend and I booked the hotel to go and see Beyoncé at the Stade de France, and the location was perfect for that - walkable to get a taxi or train to the Stade from Gare du Nord, but also walkable to the Marais and other areas for dinner, shopping, etc. Some lovely cafes, restaurants and wine bars close by. We were really impressed with the size of the bed, nice facilities (bathroom, AC, soundproof windows), welcome chocolates, and helpful staff.
Disliked: The lift is very slow, but it's a small gripe. We had some scaffolding near our windows, but it didn't affect our view. Construction across the road was a tiny bit annoying at 9am on a weekday, but you couldn't hear much.

Disliked: first of all, there is no air conditioning in the room!!! when we arrived it was 35C in the room!!! (We was visiting Paris in May when outside was about 20C ) At night the window couldn't be opened because the hotel is is located is very busy and noisy street even at night ! the first night we didn't sleep at all , for the next few nights we got a fan which was incredibly loud! The room was on the 4th floor and the elevator was broken for 2 days!when we reported the problems at the reception and later by e-mail wanting to communicate with someone, no one was interested in talking to me!!! I run a business myself and I realize how hurting negative reviews can be!! I tried to communicate with the management but they were not interested!!!
