Disliked: It smells, construction noise, dirty rooms that are not cleaned properly

Liked: Very clean, comfortable bedding, great views. Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Optional breakfast was great.
Disliked: Location felt a bit far from central Paris. But Metro stations nearby helped.

Liked: Staff was great. Breakfast was also very good.
Disliked: We were not informed that the hotel was undergoing major reconstruction and renovation during our stay. It was very noisy and dirty. If we had been informed of the construction/renovation we would not have stayed at this hotel. In my view it is a major problem that booking.com did not advise us of this situation.

Liked: The property was at a great location Super comfortable and cozy, clean, the staff was very friendly

Liked: It was tiny (standard for Paris I think) but good and clean. Staff were friendly. Location is okay, not far from 2 metro stations (take care near Chateau D’eau station, we felt unsafe there) and the restaurant across the road is divine. Getting construction done at the moment which we didn’t know about but we didn’t hear a single thing!
Disliked: The hotel had a very bad smell as soon as you walked in the doors. Thankfully we couldn’t smell it at all in our room but as soon as we opened our door we could.
