Hugely disappointing to spend 600...

Liked: Clean, good central location.
Disliked: No AC, super hot room, old fans when I complained about heat that when on it kept us awake so it was a choice of heat or a loud fan!

Nice room in great location

Liked: The location is great. Close to the plaza espana and royal palace. The service from the front desk staff was outstanding. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and had a balcony overlooking the Gran via. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Disliked: Property does not have a bar

Not entirely what I expected...

Liked: The staff was really friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of everything, you can’t ask for better.
Disliked: The room didn’t look like the photos online, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the bathroom wasn’t very clean.
