Convenient & modern stay

Liked: Beds were comfortable and bathroom was nice and clean. Lobby & gym were modern and clean. Lots of places to sit and relax around hotel. Front desk staff was friendly. Location on JMU campus was super convenient for campus and walking into town.
Disliked: Indoor pool looked terrible, but we didn’t use it. The breakfast at the on site cafe was poor. Front desk staff wanted us to move our parked car to another level so they could clean the parking garage, that was annoying and not convenient. Bathroom could have used a privacy fan and towel hooks.

We had a good stay...

Liked: Everything was well kept
Disliked: The pool was too cold and my daughter refused to swim in it..(first world problem)

Highly recommended Hotel with friendly...

Liked: Ideal location. Excellent room, very clean. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: One of the two elevators was not working the last two nights of my stay

Very good

Liked: Very clean, plenty of parking. Quiet rooms and comfortable beds.
Disliked: Only soda vending machines would of like to have snack options since we were traveling with children.
