Exceptional and very pleasant.
Liked: Very pleasant environment, easy to get to from I-85, my room was bigger than I expected and very nice.
Disliked: The elevator from the garage may need a sign or reminder as to how to get to the main elevator.

Expensive but well-located.
Liked: We were there overnight, and it was comfortable. The hotel was convenient to the University (JMU). The concierge was very helpful, and he helped us save money.
Disliked: I would only say the hotel was more expensive than necessary. We ate outside of their restaurant for dinner. The breakfast we ate was too expensive.

Hotel Madison gives a luxury...
Liked: From the public areas to the rooms, the whole hotel is gorgeous. The design is simple but elegant and everything is sparkling clean. The pool was beautiful, there were amenities such as guest laundry and an attached restaurant/cafe, and beautiful outdoor spaces with some grass. Parking was directly attached to the building and only $5 for a one night stay. Our 2 Queen Bed room was huge, had stunning windows, a very large tv and a mini fridge. The bathroom was clean and stocked and the beds were comfortable. The property, including the parking garage, is wheelchair friendly. Every staff member we spoke with was helpful and friendly.
