Disliked: Body lotion in the room! Why is there not lotion there? Should not have to walk around to CVS to buy body lotion.

This was a perfect hotel...

Liked: I liked everything about this place. The room was very spacious, well-decorated, quiet, clean and had a balcony!! The location was fantastic. Lots of places to eat nearby and walking distance to just about everything you want to see in DC.
Disliked: Nothing!! for a longer stay, maybe it would be good to have a microwave to warm up my leftovers.

Great location, poor service.

Liked: Location was great, bed was comfortable, and I loved the black-out window shades. The restaurant downstairs (Firefly) was also excellent.
Disliked: I felt like I had to ask for the most basic things on a daily basis, including toilet paper and coffee, even when the room had been serviced. The cleaning staff consistently seemed annoyed when they asked if I wanted my room serviced and I responded yes. There was also no service available after 3:45, which limited use of the room. The room was extremely small and there was barely enough water pressure in the shower. It wasn’t very clean when I arrived (there was hair in the shower). It cost way more than what it was worth.

Liked: Very good location central to what we like about DC.
Disliked: Well our room as well as other guests rooms were permeated with weed or pot smoke. Several complaints were made, which weren’t acknowledged and nothing was offered to remedy our displeasure with the situation. The guests below our room were smoking on the deck and the walls must be so thin that the smoke seeped into our room despite everything being shut. The situation demonstrated that they don’t have active management that address customer issues.
