Convenient location with friendly staff,...

Liked: Wonderful staff and large room! Close to some restaurants and the metro station which was very convenient.
Disliked: The AC didn't seem powerful enough for the large size of the room and the elevator was very slow. We would stay here again despite this though.

Liked: The rooms very very large and comfortable. Having a balcony was terrific.The staff at reception were lovely - always very friendly greeting, always ready to assist

Disappointing old property

Liked: Firefly is a great restaurant and the location is great. Also very clean.
Disliked: Many ‘amenities’ included in the amenity fee didn’t work. WiFi didn’t work for a few days and took ages to fix. Elevator was broken for most of our stay too. Water on tap tasted like pool water. Aircon was super noisy old system, not central air. Beds were not very comfy. Breakfast was overpriced. Staff are not empowered to help or deal with complaints.

Liked: Excellent location, breakfast next door was good. The room was noisy the first night, but after calling the desk the noise stopped immediately. Friendly staff.
Disliked: They promised two queen beds at the booking, but they when we got there they only had a king. They did bring in a rollaway which was a twin bed and worked fine for my grandson.

Very good hotel and value...

Liked: It was very well located on a quiet street; Clean, the room was big and it had everything we needed, including a small balcony. They were offering bottles of water for free every day. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: N/a
