Outstanding hotel

Liked: It’s not often you feel genuinely welcomed to a hotel, but we did here. Absolutely lovely staff, beautiful reception with tea / coffee / water, and super breakfasts. Our rooms were spotless, had excellent fittings, and best of all were silent (with no random fan noises!). We walked to most places, including the Grand Place.

Liked: I liked everything! The hotel was beautiful and calm. The reception staff were welcoming and very helpful, and it was really nice to have the option of being able to buy drinks and snacks. My room was spacious and comfortable and had everything I needed. Given the very high temperatures it was a huge benefit to have really good air conditioning. Everything was spotlessly clean and I appreciated the eco-credentials such as only changing bed linen every 3 days. The choice at breakfast was excellent and the food was high quality and fresh.
Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: wonderful hotel, beautiful decor, great patio with giant chess . Breakfast is superb as the staff and rooms. If you don't want to be in the middle of Brussels centre the is the place to go.
