Very good

Liked: All the staff were really helpful, friendly, and could not do enough for you. Great location, for all restaurant, and attractions, all within walking distance.
Disliked: We were there in a heatwave, and no air-conditioning in the rooms, made it a bit uncomfortable, fans were provided, but not the same,but I would still return for another visit, because of the location, and helpful staff.

Excellent short stay in Bordeaux

Liked: This was a great hotel for a short stay. It's in a fantastic location easily reached by bus from the station and with lots of restaurants within a short walk. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful with advice on where to visit and where to eat.
Disliked: The only negative was that our room did not have Air-con and the 2 days we were there it was very warm (high 30's). The room did have a very good and quiet fan which we had to have on during the night.

Supreme location, friendly staff, and...

Liked: We had an incredible experience at Hotel Madame. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. When we checked in, they told us about the city and suggested restaurants and activities. Every time we passed by the front desk, we had a lovely chat with whoever was sitting there. Our room was large with a comfortable bed and a big bathroom. The location was optimal, right on the edge of the old city and we walked everywhere. We would absolutely stay here again!
Disliked: Nothing - everything was wonderful.
