Liked: Excellent, friendly service from family run business. The location is unbeatable. Amelia and her husband were delightful and very helpful.
Disliked: Its location. Also very warm, friendly hotel.

Highly recommended cute and centrally...

Liked: This family run cute boutique hotel provides excellent location for the city tourist. The rooms are quaint and we had first floor double aspect. The bed was extremely comfortable. All of the staff were polite, friendly and always there if we needed any guidance or help. Their English was superb. The one thing that stood out for us was the fact they not only cleaned the room but tidied our stuff and even wrapped up our multiple charger cables with ties.
Disliked: The is nothing negative that we feel should stop anyone choosing this hotel but if there was a light in the wardrobe that would have been nice.

Amazing location, friendly staff, charming...

Liked: Location is amazing, staff is super friendly and helpful, beds were comfy, nice coffee machine and kettle with complimentary tea and coffee. Mini bar selection looks nice!
Disliked: It was a pretty dusty in some corners of the room. Room keys should be upgraded to cards over keys on blocks. No slippers or bathrobes upon request. There were mosquitoes flying around in the room (hotel offers repellent)

Liked: Beautiful hotel, really comfy beds, Perfect location, everyone working at the hotel goes above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Excellent local recommendations given - take them onboard it will make your trip in beautiful Bordeaux Even better. Thank you Hotel Madame for helping me make the most of 24 hours in Bordeaux! (Including the early check in which really made a difference)
