Good stay with convenience of...

Liked: My daughter lives very close to the Hotel in Point Richmond so it was convenient. Room was clean, comfortable bed and I enjoyed the coffee in the morning. The directions and keypad codes were clear. It was nice to walk to everything...restaurants, cafe, shoping etc. Cute town!
Disliked: I was in the Annex part of the hotel right next to the train tracks. The train was unbelievably loud and seemed to stop for sometime. I understood why the hotel owner left ear plugs. I did use them.

We enjoyed our stay well...

Liked: Great, quiet location for a reasonable rate for the Bay Area.
Disliked: We were warned about the noise from the train station across the street from our section of the hotel but it wasn't much of a nuisance.
