Location is everything!

Liked: Breakfast was a nice touch and easy to grab on the way out - best part of the stay was the incredibly friendly staff and the unbeatable location!
Disliked: Rooms are dated. Didn't care for the bathroom. The shampoo,conditioner,lotion and soap were just okay, and showers with a shower curtain felt like a public shower.Need more hooks and racks in the bathroom if possible....most guests will have wet swim suits that need to be hung when they stay at this hotel.

Liked: Great place, right in front of the harbor, you can easily walk to everywhere. Very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: the reservation says Breakfast included but it wasn't that much of a breakfast, only pastry, coffee, juice and apples.

Great location with easy access...

Liked: Location, location, location. This hotel is in the center of Avalon, and right across from the little beach, in close proximity to many restaurants.
Disliked: The hotel is very, very old and the rooms are in serious need of an upgrade
