Liked: Nice place.
Disliked: Need signs for bears back by dumpsters. :)

Good place for one night...

Liked: Location was good. Bed was comfortable The room was clean
Disliked: They make you sign a waiver with extra “rules” which I have never seen before. The don’t have an ice machine on the second floor even tho there are arrows pointing to one.. you will walk in circles with no results The tv in our room had no cable you are stuck watching whatever is on the limited Amazon tv (you can’t even log into your own account )The one exit signs to not lead to actual exit.

Disappointing

Disliked: Very expensive for the quality of the facility. Landscaping appears like they are out of business inside is outdated, which is okay, but not very clean. Also, the elevator was out of order which made it difficult to get to second floor after having foot surgery.

I will not stay there...

Disliked: I didn't like the lobby, it needs a major upgrade, there was no breakfast, the tub in my room filled up when taking a shower, one of the towels in my room was already used. $100 was held on my card for a security deposit, but it wasn't held for some people.

Liked: I wrote them 3 times because of the $100,- deposit that has not been returned to my account yet. Still haven't received an answer (also not from the booking customer support service either though)

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: I didn't like anything about that hotel. The furniture in the lounge was filthy. The bathrooms in the in the rooms were filthy. The sofa bed was terrible. We couldn't even use it. Because it had holes in it and it looked like it was a 100 years old. I would never recommend family friends to stay there unless they upgrade. I tried talking to the staff. They didn't speak english. So no one. Knew what I was saying. And I didn't like that. They take your money off your credit card 2 days before you Check-in. And it's non-refundable, so you can't get your money back so that you can go find a cleaner hotel. So with that being said the only me and my family enjoyed ourself is when we left the hotel
