Liked: Self check-in, but staff nearby for any issues, rooms very very good, bathroom excellent, breakfast was continental but of a good standard. Would highly recommend this hotel for the money.

Liked: You have unjustifiably charged my account for a stay at Lundia Hotel. As I messaged you on July 23 the room that I paid for based on your offer and confirmation was not available! We had to find other accommodation! I want my money back with no delay.
Disliked: The room was not available! How can you sell a service, receive payment, and then inform your customer that the service is non existent!

Fantastic staff, great location.

Liked: The girl at reception was outstanding! She was what made the Hotell Lundia a good experience. She was super nice and very accomodating and even came to our room to help handle something. The hotel was situated just in the center and was really good, not far from the trainstation and just on the walking streets. Shower was super, great pressure and a nice hot water. Breakfast was ok but very busy.
Disliked: The size of the bed, it was a smaller bed, but just too small really for two larger persons. We ended up sleeping "skaftfötters" and diagonally for a better fit. And the business at breakfast where the plates, coffee, orange juice and things running out as the hotel was fully booked.

Disliked: The shower is a big mess. The construction of the glass walls is just really false, it is not possible to shower without having the whole bathroom full, and I mean full of water. It is in fact such a stupid construction we couldnt help but laugh.
