Liked: The hotel is on an industrial estate in the pleasant town of Opfingen 12-15 minutes car journey from Freiburg. There’s a good supermarket 100m away and a pizzeria and 2-3 other good restaurants in the vicinity. There’s plenty of parking and the hotel is clean.
Disliked: It’s a little dark inside and it’s automatic so no one greets you, but the family room apartment is good and good value. I found the bed hard for my bad back but some people would like the bed.

Great hotel, will stay again

Liked: Had a problem with my key card, staff were very helpful and had it sorted very quickly, room was spacious snd clean. The hotel was located on an industrial estate so it was very quiet at night.
Disliked: All was good

Avoid this hotel!

Liked: The only really positive aspect was the help by telephone in order to enable us to open the second room. (The first had its door already open!)
Disliked: Very bad online system to check-in. Once I got the confirmation for one (only one) room. Then I had a hard time to succeed to have the second check-in done. Then I got the message that I had the check-in for no room! All this happened when it was too late to cancel (freely). Finally, I received two messages of confirmation, in different languages (!), for both rooms. Just before arriving, one of the two, with all data necessary to open the door, disappeared! Then, using the telephone number seen by chance at the location, I received all necessary information...Otherwise, the room was ok, only with a vandalised safe, which didn't affect us.
