Disliked: accessibility of the hotel- people with disabilities DO NOT STAY!!

Liked: Proximity to Disney and plenty of things to do.
Disliked: The construction was frustrating but understandable.

Good location for clean, quiet...

Liked: Good location for access to Disneyland - two blocks/about 1500 steps to the main entrance on Harbor, with IHOP, CVS, Walgreens, Starbucks all in view. Easy for rideshare pick up/drop off. Friendly staff helped us with a quick early check-in so we could make the most of our first day. On-tap cocktail was silly and fun, if not exactly delicious. Room was quiet and clean, with lots of UBS charging space. We didn't try the onsite restaurant, but it had a lot of options and there was a bar with happy hour.
Disliked: No hot water on our check-out day was a big bummer. When we first called, they said it should be just a minute. Almost an hour later, no hot water. They gave a $50 credit when we asked, but it soured the end of our trip.

Clean and comfortable hotel close...

Liked: Hotel Lulu is a walkable distance to Disney and has a fun pool area for kids. Staff were friendly and our room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I was unable to get hot water the day we were checking out in the morning.

Could be better

Liked: Loved how close to Disneyland the hotel was.
Disliked: Had to pay for parking per day, customers who pay to stay at the hotel should not have to pay for parking!

Liked: Close to Disney. We walked everyday about 10-15 minsThere was a cvs and wall greens too which was great! Rooms were good.Had a fridge and a microwave
Disliked: Could’ve had free water in the rooms tbh
