Amazing hotel, breakfast had a...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and accomodating, as we arrived back late from our visit to Gamescom we asked if we could order some food and they let us eat in the common area and even provided utensils for us.We were using one of their parking spots and we asked if we could use it for a little bit longer after checkout so we could roam the city before leaving and we could remain parked until the new guests moved in, so until 14:00.We notified them on a small leak in the shower stall and from what we could tell they were already looking into it as we left the hotel.
Disliked: The pillows were not very comfortable to sleep on, they were extremely soft and deflated when you laid down on it resulting in making it rather difficult to lay on your side. They do provide a firmer pillow but it is really small.

If you need A/C, it...

Liked: All in all, I thought everything were good except what I didn't like. Read below.
Disliked: #1. On the booking.com, it lists itself to be equipped with A/C. However, only 1/2 of the rooms come with A/C, according to the staff. I got a room without one, and, guess what, a mosquito snuck into my room through the open window (too hot in the room during my stay in mid-August 2025, so no other options).#2. My room didn't come with security vault. Perhaps it's just me, but not having a place to securely store passport, etc. wasn't really cool feeling.

Liked: Staff was extremely nice, the location is amazing (5 min walk from the main train station), rooms were nice, breakfast was amazing !

Lovely quiet modern room couple...

Liked: Very close to rear side of main station maybe three minutes walk. 24hr Front Desk was very convenient for late arrival. Hotel looks quite old-fashioned but my room was modern and wonderful! Plenty of shelves and storage, beautiful bathroom, plug sockets by the bed and on the desk - proper automated blinds to keep the light out, and NO noise at all from outside! It was amazing. I did not have breakfast but it all looked lovely.
Disliked: Nothing. I would definitely stay again

Nice family hotel perfectly positioned...

Liked: This hotel is the 'right' side of the station with just a quick walk through it to the cathedral square and old town. The staff are great and very welcoming, breakfast was good and they had spaces in the courtyard for our four motorcycles. I have stayed at this hotel annually from 1989 to 2009 so this was a nostalgia trip and they didn't disappoint. Highly recommended

Good value in excellent location

Liked: Location is amazing-a few minutes walk from main station & Cathedral, on a quiet street. Staff were lovely, helpful. Rooms were as described, only down side was no air conditioning tho hotel had supplied a fan ! Bathroom was decent, spotlessly clean though shower a little small . Breakfast was good though by 9:40, most of the meats were finished and while staff did replenish, you had to hang around & wait for meats & cheese so interrupting overall breakfast. Coffee was lovely, dining area quaint but beautiful . We enjoyed our stay, the hotel is a 3star superior and considering its central location etc we felt it was good value for money & would stay here again
Disliked: Air con would have been great; Prompt replacement of breakfast foods would have been good but overall nothing major to complain about
