Quiet, clean and spacious room....

Liked: Clean spacious room. All appliances available in the bedroom and bathroom (including kettle, mugs, tea, tissues, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, sufficient towels). Clear communication from hotel before check in. Good soundproofing from on street noise (red light district).
Disliked: Would have appreciated some coffee option in the room (instant coffee fine) but not a major issue. Must use staircase upon entering property, so luggage needs to be carried up 1/2/3 flights

Bad

Disliked: a normal hotel will just provide you the invoice of your stay. easy. full stop. I have to called more than 5 times to chase them and not even can provide me the invoice. I wonder if this is an legal business. Second, in the facilities, they actually write you have a charging for electric car on site... nope.. it is at the end of the street somewhere or inside some building. The hotel itself its basic nothing wrong with it. but the management is really bad.
