Liked: The beds and pillows were really comfortable, some of the best A/C I have experience in a hotel, and very convenient walk in showers. Really clean, and really helpful staff. Reasonably priced considering the proximity to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'est
Disliked: Rooms are on the smaller side but not really a negative for a quick stay. However if you are after a twin room there isn't much room to move the beds apart. I didn't think the hot food selection at breakfast was very good value.

Liked: Air conditioned! Decent breakfast.
Disliked: Very small rooms. (But what else can one expect from Paris?) Mediocre breakfast. AC could not be controlled from our room. Not the best location.
