This is the perfect location...

Liked: The staff was wonderful and very helpful. In fact, they upgraded us to a suite. The location is perfect for us, close to central park, the subway and museums.
Disliked: it was all great

Exactly what I was looking...

Liked: Location and accommodations were perfect, and staff friendly and helpful. Lovely room and a great deal for the area. Would definitely stay there again.
Disliked: Only slight drawback was that the hot water took a few minutes to get going, but it is a historical building, what do you expect.

Disliked: The bathroom was tiny. Room near the elevator was noisy. It looks a bit tired.

Great location, courteous staff, clean...

Liked: Great location, courteous staff, clean comfortable room with a lovely little restaurant conveniently located at the corner adjoining the hotel - worked out perfectly as we checked-in late
Disliked: Bath tub was too short to actually take a bath

I would give 3/5

Liked: We would?ve preferred to stay lower to Dow town. I didn?t realize it was much farther. Had to take Uber every time to get back to the hotel.
Disliked: As requested, it would?ve been better if our two rooms would be close together. After the first night, I informed the front desk that our heater wasn?t working only to come back to find that it still wasn?t working. They called the technician and we all realized that the thermostat on the wall doesn?t even work. You?d have to adjust temperature on the actual unit. It wouldn?ve been nice if the front desk had informed us.
