Exceptional

Liked: Location, quality of all facilities, excellent staff. A quiet high quality ,quiet hotel.
Disliked: Restaurant closed the night we arrived due to corporate function , so after having to look at local good restaurants we eat out and only visited the Hermitage bar which was again excellent.

Very pleasant but expected slightly...

Liked: Location great, feels like a nice hotel with nice facilities. Staff very nice
Disliked: Check-in wasn’t ready for 15:00, I would expect it to be on time given the price. Hotel room was too hot during the night, and thermostat didn’t have options to lower temperature.No bathtub in the bathroom.

No air conditioned, super warm...

Disliked: - The rooms are unacceptably warm. Our room (403) got up to 27 Celsius (81 Fahrenheit) in early April! The staff themselves state that every year they have the same issue but they seem not to want to do anything about it. They claim to have A/C on Booking but in person the staff states that they do not really have A/C.- The staff failed to relocate us to another room. The only thing they did was to close the window curtains. The hotel manager failed to call in any technician throughout the whole weekend.- The hotel refused to provide any measurable reimbursement for the stay.- We will never come back.

Perfect hotel for your weekend...

Liked: The hotel itself is pretty good. Stylish, clean, with a good and pleasant service at the reception desk. Perfect location and nice view. Like a bonus my ~2 m husband for the first time had the bathrobe with no short sleeves )))
Disliked: The breakfast concept: breakfast costs 40eur and you choose from the menu. Personally I didn’t like this. If you have no time- the quality buffet breakfast is always a good idea. If you have time it’s much more better to have breakfast in the city because the quality a la carte was honestly mediocre .. and in Berlin there is a huge amount of great cafes to have breakfast.
