Good historical place, but absolutely...
Liked: Location inside historical center with easy access to highway.
Disliked: Not only Wifi does not work, but because of old construction phone connectivity is very poor or none most of the time.

Excellent location, comfortable stay
Liked: Great location. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Modernized bathrooms. Comfortable and clean bed & linen. Fast wi-fi. Adequate breakfast. Paid parking about 200m from the hotel
Disliked: Creaky wooden floors. Facilities in the room e.g., kettle.

Superb
Liked: Good cozy hotel in the very center, breakfast is decent, service is very friendly and very nice. Rooms are good and large enough. The pillows could be softer and thicker. There is no elevator so it could be a problem for those who need it or do not walk upstairs with all the luggage. If you need a parking, park your car outside, close to tower, and front desk lady will give you a voucher that allows you to park a car in a city parking garage, which is very close to the hotel, it is 7 euro only
Disliked: Breakfast could be richer

Fantastic, historic hotel in a...
Liked: We had a fantastic stay at this quaint hotel. The location is great in a square in the old town. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The breakfasts were good, unfortunately we didn't get to eat any other meals there but it's a lovely place to have a drink and watch the world go by. Both the exterior and interior give you a sense of the history of the building in a good way. Our kids (8 and 6) loved the bunk bed with sliding doors - they thought it was a den ;) The family room was spacious.
Disliked: It was hot hot hot during our stay (around 35 degrees which we were told is very unusual) and we were on the third floor (it was hotter with each floor you climbed). The staff went out of their way to help by providing us with fans, but they struggled to really make too much impact against the heat. Not sure you can blame the hotel for this, but something to consider if staying in peak Summer
